Dorade (Lat. Name: Lithognatus mormyrus, Spondyliosoma cantharus, Pagrus ssp., Dentex spp., Diplodus spp., Pagellus spp., Sparus spp.), Dorade Royal (Lat. Name: Sparus auratus)
 

Als Dorade oder Goldmakrele wird ein zu den makrelenartigen gehörender, schlanker Raubfisch bezeichnet. Die Goldmakrele kann bis zu 150 cm lang und 30 kg schwer werden und kommt in wärmeren Meeren vor. Die Goldmakrele ist ein wichtiger Zuchtfisch im Mittelmeerraum (u.a. Griechenland).
